The foil–potentiometer is the consequent development and improvement of existing foil sensors.

The MetaPot sensors are hermetically sealed at a high of maximum 500µm. The advantages of the well known and robust potentiometer technology is combined with the advantages of the foil technology.The amplification 1 for 100% of the output signal is guaranteed as well as the high number of life cycles. Further Resenso has developed sensors that are working at an operating temperature range from –40 to 125°C.This is possible because special foil and glue material are used and the resistive ink is designed especially for this high temperature application and fullfills the requirements needed.
